We look for dedicated, hardworking, responsible individuals to join our team. Our motto to clients is simple, “Your pet is our pet and we care for them as such.” It is the sole responsibility of our staff to maintain the health and safety of each of our guests and to make sure they go home as happy as they came in, giving their parents peace of mind while away from their fur babies.

It’s not all petting puppies and kitties here; we are constantly on our feet to care for our guests needs. Sanitation is the number one priority! Making sure all bedding, rooms, play yards, toys and potty yards are spotless! And of course making sure our guests go home smelling and looking great.

We work round the clock 365 days a year. We expect our employees to come in for their scheduled day whether it be a weekend or a Holiday. Summer time, as well as all major Holidays are always exceptionally busy. We need staff members we can rely on to be here and help care for our guests.

Experience in the animal world is not a requirement, however we do need you to have a genuine love of all animals, to always have a positive attitude, and outstanding character traits.

What we need from you:

We need dependable, honest individuals with strong work ethics. You must be able and willing to work as a team player and communicate with our leadership team. We need staff members who can handle dogs of all shapes and sizes, without using fear or intimidation, and who won’t be afraid of them or allow a dog to take control of you. We need staff who are in good physical condition, you must be able to squat, stoop, bend, lift up to 50lbs, stand for most of the day and do a LOT of moving. We also need staff who are willing to maintain the kennel and properties highest standards of cleanliness and be okay with getting your hands, and clothes, dirty.

Tattoos and piercings are not prohibited but we do need to make sure you can cover all tattoos and have nothing that is inappropriate. We do also ask for no excessive facial piercings. Clean cut gentlemen and well-groomed women are a requirement.
